About Burn Bright
Burn Bright Coaching and Consulting helps leaders and organizations burn bright without burning out. Through executive coaching, leadership development programs, and culture and team work, we build leaders who perform at a high level and sustain it. Founded and led by Tania Zeigler, Burn Bright brings together a bench of vetted coaches and trusted partner firms to meet each client's challenge with the right expertise.
Meet Tania
Tania's leadership experience is deep and wide ranging. She has led corporate communications, marketing, customer experience, digital planning and performance, operations, strategy and planning, analytics, service quality training and facilitation. Tania has a strong commitment to her community and the future for all Coloradans. She has also delivered countless presentations and speeches to audiences ranging in size from 25 to 2,000, and trained leaders of all kinds in media and communications to help them deliver a powerful message.
Named a Denver Business Journal 40-under-40 Outstanding Leader, Tania is a graduate of the Leadership Coaching program at the Georgetown Institute for Transformational Leadership, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and a Co-Active Certified Coach (CPCC). She is certified in the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence instrument, the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment, and a cutting edge team assessment called the Collective Leadership Assessment, as well as Shadow Inquiry. As a Certified Burnout Coach, she helps leaders burn bright without burning out. She has a master's in medical journalism and a bachelor's in both bacteriology and violin performance.
When not coaching, Tania passes the time ogling recipes in the New York Times Cooking app, playing tennis, standing up for gender equity, nurturing close friendships, and traveling as much as possible. Tania lives in Denver with her husband and two sons.

Life happens! And when it does, flexibility helps a lot. If you do need to reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours notice for a full credit for our next session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full amount.

Coaching is its own discipline, distinct from therapy, mentoring, and training. Therapy heals the past; coaching starts where you are today and focuses on where you want to go. A mentor shares their own experience and advice; a coach asks powerful questions and trusts you to find your own path. Training delivers set content to a group; coaching is fully personalized to your goals and your growth edge. If something ever calls for support better suited to therapy, I'll say so and help you find the right resource.

That’s okay! While I typically coach on Zoom, I am flexible and happen to really enjoy coaching by phone as well. I totally get that sometimes you just don’t want to be on camera or perhaps you want to move while we are coaching. That’s great! I like Zoom coaching, because it allows me to notice subtle body language or elements of your space that may be influencing you or signaling something that you’re not expressing out loud. On the other hand, coaching by phone enables me to tap into a deep listening skill – creating a deep and clear connection between us, free from distractions. It also may allow you to let go of any self consciousness or desire to “perform” in any way. If you want to coach by phone, I just ask for about 15 minutes of notice by text, prior to the session.

Not at all. As a Certified Burnout Coach, I help leaders prevent burnout as much as recover from it. The goal is sustainable performance: leading at a high level without running yourself into the ground, whether you're already depleted or simply want to stay ahead of it.
