Self-Observation Tracker
A simple way to notice what happens inside you while you try something new.
What This Is
When you experiment with a new behavior, the most useful data comes from you. This tracker helps you pause and notice what is happening in the moment: your thoughts, your emotions, and what you feel in your body. There are no right or wrong answers. You are collecting information, not grading yourself.
How to Use It
- Fill in your experiment details below so each observation stays connected to what you are practicing.
- When a relevant moment happens, take two minutes to log an observation. Soon after works better than end of day.
- Aim for a few observations per week. Look for patterns, then bring what you notice to your next coaching session.
One important tip: use the same device and the same browser for the whole experiment. Your observations are saved privately right here in this browser, not to an account, so they will only be waiting for you where you left them.
